THE PROBLEM OF ATTRACTING INVESTMENTS IN SCIENTIFIC LITERATURE

Summary

The article discusses the situation in attracting investments and studying problems related to modern Georgian and foreign scientific literature.

The topic includes recent dissertation works published in Georgian and foreign, mainly English monographs available. Despite the wide interest of scientists and conducting relevant researches, due to the actuality of the issue and its dynamism, they require continuous development. This article mainly concerns the economic prediction and reliability by investing a capital,preliminary calculation with the actual effect obtained. The problem of growth of investments in Georgia can be grouped into the following directions: tax policy and tax environment; Market Infrastructure Development. Legal provision of agricultural disputes and its operational and stability-steady stability.

At the same time, one of the most actual problem is macro and micro economic issues in attracting investments. Internal management schemes and their methods, investment of market infrastructure, monetary policy, economic justice and national currency stability are especially important for Georgia.
